Bartender/Server
We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and reliable Bartender/Server to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, enjoys working with people, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Deliver food and drinks promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar, dining room, and service areas.
- Process payments and handle cash accurately.
- Follow all alcohol service laws and company policies.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including stocking, cleaning, and side work.
- Work as part of a team to create an exceptional guest experience.
Qualifications:
- Prior bartending or serving experience preferred but not required.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a busy environment.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
- Must be eligible to obtain any required alcohol service certification.
