Staff Engineer

Job Description: Conduct on site investigations and analyze data from maps, reports, surveys, as-builts, drawings and other, aid in design and development of Site plans (master planning) using AutoCAD Civil 3D and other civil design software for various commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects in PA, NJ, NY and DE. Perform detailed erosion and soil conservation design, floodplain analysis, 3D modelling, hydrological and hydraulic analysis using Hydrographs, develop designs for stormwater management and conveyance systems using Storm sewers, prepare subsurface utility design plan, 3D profiles and cross-sections. Prepare, review and issue complete set of construction documents; present and provide testimony at local public hearings in support of the design project, prepare designs compliant with Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and International Building Code (IBC), apply for permits with state Department of Transportation (DOT) and state Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), local and county, and prepare engineering estimates for project costs and construction. Job Requirements: Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field. Must also possess course work or work experience with AutoCAD, Autodesk Civil 3D, Revit, ARC GIS software, Construction Scheduling software, Construction Administration, and Microsoft Office suite.
