This position requires a night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Job Description

The Surgical Technologist will play a critical role in the operating room, assisting with surgical procedures and ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety. This position involves collaboration with surgeons, nurses, and other medical staff to provide assistance before, during, and after surgical operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of the operating room and surgical instruments.
• Prepare patients for surgical procedures, including positioning and draping.
• Provide support to surgeons and other healthcare professionals during surgeries.
• Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to infection control procedures.
• Assist with post-operative care, including cleaning and organizing surgical instruments.

Required Experience

• Previous experience as a surgical technologist in an operating room setting.
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Certifications/Licensure

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Graduation from an accredited surgical technology program is preferred.
