ARMStaffing is looking for a Surgical Technologist, Operating Room (Day Shift) in Mount Clemens, Michigan.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule/Shift

Day shifts are available, with 12-hour shifts from either 11:00 AM to 11:30 PM or 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM. This position guarantees 36 hours per week and includes weekend requirements of 1-2 weekends per 4-week schedule.

Job Description

The Surgical Technologist will assist in surgical procedures by preparing the operating room, setting up surgical instruments, and ensuring all equipment is sterile. The role also requires maintaining proper inventory of surgical instruments and supplies.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and maintenance of the operating room.
• Ensure all surgical instruments are sterilized and correctly assembled.
• Support the surgical team during procedures.
• Monitor and maintain sterile supplies and equipment.
• Communicate with healthcare staff to ensure efficient workflow.

Required Experience

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Surgical Technologist is required. Candidates with or without certification are welcome to apply.

Certifications/Licensure

Certification as a Surgical Technologist is preferred but not mandatory.
