Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Medical-Surgical unit. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients and be responsible for assisting with patient assessments, developing care plans, and administering treatments.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient progress and document changes in condition.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate patient care.
- Educate patients and families on health management and wellness strategies.
Required Experience
At least 2 years of nursing experience in a medical-surgical setting.
Certifications / Licensure
Candidates must hold a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state.
