Schedule

Day shift, 4x10-hour schedule (06:45 - 17:15). On-call required 1x/week and 1 weekend in a 6-week schedule.

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Surgical Technologist with a valid WA license to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various surgical procedures and be prepared to float between units, including an outpatient surgical center as needed. On-call duties are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in surgical interventions as a scrub and circulate surgical technologist.
• Ensure a sterile environment and adherence to aseptic techniques.
• Manage surgical instruments and supplies during procedures.
• Collaborate with surgical teams across multiple specialties.
• Participate in continued education and skill enhancement activities.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of surgical tech experience.
• Current WA surgical technologist license is required.
• BLS certification is mandatory.
• Experience with a variety of surgical procedures is preferred.
• Knowledge of Epic charting systems is advantageous.
