ARMStaffing is looking for a Registered Nurse, Telemetry (Night Shift) in Kingwood, Texas.

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule/Shift

This position offers a Night Shift schedule from 7 PM to 7 AM, with guaranteed hours of 36 per week. Candidates will be required to work 4 weekend shifts in a 4-week schedule.

Job Description

The telemetry unit provides care for patients requiring continuous monitoring of their cardiac status. The unit comprises 28 beds and is staffed with a collaborative team, including a Director, Manager, Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC), Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs), Patient Care Technicians (PCTs), and Unit Secretaries (US). The unit uses Meditech for electronic medical records and is equipped with Baxter IV pumps, SCD machines, glucometers, Mobilab, and Welch Allyn devices.

Responsibilities

• Perform telemetry monitoring for patients.
• Deliver wound care as part of patient management.

Required Experience

• Active RN license in Texas.
• Caring and compassionate demeanor is essential.

Certifications/Licensure

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
