Day shift from 07:00 to 19:00.
Job Description
The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing care to patients in the Telemetry unit. This includes monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess patients' vital signs and health status.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Document patient care activities and results in the medical record.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
Required Experience
Candidates must have at least 2 years of nursing experience along with prior travel experience.
Certifications/Licensure
- Current RN license.
- BLS certification.
- ACLS certification.
- NIH Stroke certification.
