Rotating shifts for Nights and Days are available, with options for straight night shifts as per manager's discretion.

Job Description

As a Registered Nurse in the Telemetry unit, you will provide care for patients requiring cardiac monitoring and telemetry services. You will work within a collaborative environment that includes multiple interdisciplinary support teams. Responsibilities will include managing telemetry equipment, administering medications, and providing patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cardiac telemetry patients and manage related interventions.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Provide patient education and emotional support.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Ensure adherence to safety and isolation precautions.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of Telemetry nursing experience preferred.
• Experience with Cerner charting system is required.

Certifications/Licensure

• Active RN license in Pennsylvania or Compact state required.
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications must be current at the time of submission.
