Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the medical-surgical unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and delivering comprehensive nursing care based on patient needs.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient progress and communicate with healthcare team members.
- Educate patients and their families on health care needs and ongoing care requirements.
Required Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical-surgical setting.
Certifications / Licensure
