Job Description

The Surgical Telemetry Unit is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team. Nurses in this unit will care for patients in a telemetry setting, providing high-quality nursing care and support throughout their stay.

Responsibilities

• Ambulation of patients
• Wound care as needed
• Utilize Baxter IV pumps and Welch Allyn VS machines for patient care
• Document patient information and care in the Meditech EMR system

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current BLS certification
• Minimum of 2 years of Med/Surg experience
• Charge experience and preceptor skills are preferred
