07:00-19:00, with variable weekend hours.

Job Description

You will be working in a skilled nursing unit, providing care to a diverse patient population, primarily geriatric. The facility is equipped with modern technology and adheres to the highest standards of care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and support to residents in the skilled nursing unit.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document patient health and progress in the electronic health record system.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare team members and family members.

Required Experience

Must have a current RN license in North Carolina or a compact license. Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is preferred but not required.

Certifications/Licensure

Valid RN License in North Carolina or a compact state is required.
