Job Description

Join our state-of-the-art, 52-bed inpatient rehabilitation facility dedicated to the recovery of individuals with a loss of function due to injury or illness. Engage in specialized rehabilitation services designed for patients recovering from strokes, brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, amputations, and orthopedic injuries. This role emphasizes maximizing health, function, and quality of life through comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive, patient-focused rehabilitation care.
• Document patient progress and response to treatments using CERNER EHR.
• Assist with wound care, medication administration, and overall patient management.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Support patients through recovery from acute conditions within a 12-day average patient stay.

Required Experience

Minimum of 6 months of experience in a rehabilitation or inpatient setting is required. A minimum of 2 years of experience is preferred.

Certifications/Licensure

Current BLS certification is required. Must hold a valid Registered Nurse license.
