Shifts are from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM, with weekly guaranteed hours of 48, including weekend hours.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse will provide specialized care for individuals recovering from various debilitating conditions at North Florida Rehabilitation Hospital. The nurse will work in a 50-bed inpatient unit focused on maximizing health, function, and quality of life through comprehensive rehabilitation programs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized patient care and rehabilitation interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
• Ensure safe and professional nursing practices are maintained.
• Utilize appropriate documentation practices within the EHR system, Cerner.

Required Experience

A minimum of 2 years of experience as a rehabilitation nurse is required.

Certifications/Licensure

• Active RN Licensure.
• BLS Certification.
