Travel RN - Rehab - Night Shift

Shift: 7 PM - 7 AM

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Travel RN with a focus in Rehabilitation to join our dynamic team for the night shift. You will work in a fast-paced environment, providing essential care to patients recovering from various conditions. Our unit is committed to delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring a supportive atmosphere for staff and patients alike.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to rehab patients.
• Conduct patient transfers and wound care as required.
• Administer medications and manage IVs.
• Monitor and document patient progress using EMR - Meditech.
• Collaborate with a team to support the rehabilitation process.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of current experience as a Rehab or M/S RN.
• Current BLS certification.
• Prior experience with rehab patient population is preferred.
• IV and blood draw skills highly desirable.
