Registered Nurse - Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit

Job Description
The Registered Nurse will provide care to patients in the Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit, focusing on those with neurological, cardiac, and orthopedic conditions. The role includes a commitment to learning specialized patient mobilization skills and completing rehabilitation-specific documentation with real-time training support provided.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients in an inpatient rehab setting.
- Participate in rehabilitation-specific training and adherence to proper documentation practices.
- Assist with patient mobilization and other rehabilitation activities.
- Administer medications and perform nursing procedures as ordered.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Must possess an active RN license.
- Prefer a minimum of 2 years of experience in medical-surgical, stepdown critical care, or inpatient rehabilitation nursing.
- Experience with patient populations in neurological, cardiac, and orthopedic settings is preferred.
- BLS certification required.
