Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient Rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate will work with adult and geriatric patients, focusing on rehabilitation therapies. The nurse will be responsible for assessing patient needs, administering medications, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient recovery and foster independence.
Responsibilities
- Manage patient care in an acute inpatient rehab setting.
- Conduct nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and monitor patient response.
- Support patients in achieving therapy goals, fostering strength and independence.
- Collaborate effectively with the rehabilitation team and family members.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Active RN license in Tennessee.
- 1+ years of experience in a hospital setting, preferably in rehabilitation.
- BLS certification is required.
- ASN or BSN degree from an accredited program.
