Job Description

The Pediatric Operating Room at Rocky Mountain Hospital for Children offers a specialized and dynamic environment for pediatric surgical procedures. This role involves managing the operating room, assisting surgeons, and providing essential pre- and post-operative care for pediatric patients.

Responsibilities

• Manage operating room activities during pediatric surgical procedures.
• Assist surgeons and monitor vital signs of pediatric patients.
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to patients.
• Utilize advanced equipment such as Belmont Rapid Fusion.

Required Experience

• Minimum 1-year of current hospital experience as a Pediatric Cardiovascular Operating Room RN.
• Experience in cardiac and open-heart surgery is required.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Certifications/Licensure

• Valid Registered Nurse license.
• BLS & ACLS certifications are required.
