Night Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards.
• Assist in coordinating patient admissions, assessments, and discharge planning.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring for effectiveness and side effects.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely in the electronic medical record.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina.
• Previous experience in a hospital setting preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
