Registered Nurse - Acute Care

12-hour night shifts, including weekends and holidays as scheduled.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse will provide acute care within a fast-paced healthcare environment. Responsibilities include managing patient care, administering medications, and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and monitor patients' vital signs.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document and maintain accurate patient records using the EPIC charting system.
• Participate in patient and family education regarding health and wellness.
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• BLS Certification required.
• Valid nursing license required for submission.
• Previous experience in an acute care setting preferred.
