Job Description
The Registered Nurse in Shared Services will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients. The ideal candidate will possess strong assessment and clinical skills, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and implement appropriate nursing interventions.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and execute patient care plans.
- Document patient care accurately and efficiently in the PennChart system.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
Required Experience
18 months of RN experience and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required.
Certifications/Licensure
Must hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
