Schedule/Shift

Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. On-call requirement: Yes, 7 days per month (M-F from 5:00 PM to 7:00 AM; Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM).

Job Description

The Operating Room Registered Nurse will provide care to patients undergoing surgical procedures. The role includes circulating duties and requires expertise in various surgical procedures including ortho and robot-assisted surgeries. The RN will work in a critical access hospital setting and utilize the Epic charting system.

Responsibilities

• Circulate in the operating room for various surgical procedures.
• Administer conscious sedation as required.
• Assist in ortho surgeries and robot-assisted procedures.
• Maintain a safe and sterile environment in the operating room.
• Document patient care and surgical procedures using Epic.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Previous charge experience is required.

Certifications/Licensure

• Current ACLS certification.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current PALS certification.
