Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated NICU Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care in a Level III NICU. The ideal candidate will work closely with neonates and their families, ensuring the highest standard of care is provided and assisting with critical procedures and patient management.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and assess neonatal patients to ensure optimal care.
• Perform specialized procedures, including central line management and phototherapy.
• Participate in high-risk deliveries and assist with newborn care.
• Educate and support families in understanding their infants' conditions.
• Maintain accurate patient records using the Epic charting system.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a NICU setting.
• Must have experience working in a Level III NICU.

Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license (compact licensure preferred).
• Certifications required: BLS, NRP, and PALS.
