Job Description
The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing care to patients in the Med/Surg Telemetry unit. The role involves monitoring patients' conditions, administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure excellent patient care.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, vital signs, and symptoms.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Provide education to patients and their families regarding health management.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to enhance patient care.
Required Experience
Minimum of 12 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience.
Certifications/Licensure
- Active Ohio RN license or compact state license in hand.
- BLS certification required.
- ACLS certification required.
