Schedule/Shift

Day Shift: 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM).

Job Description

The Medical/Surgical Telemetry RN will provide nursing care for patients in a telemetry setting, with responsibilities focused on assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care. The role requires collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care and patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment and care for patients in a Medical/Surgical Telemetry unit.
• Monitor patient vitals and telemetry readings.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams for patient care plans.
• Document all patient care activities and assessments accurately.

Required Experience

A minimum of 12 months of permanent experience in a Medical/Surgical Telemetry setting is required.

Certifications/Licensure

• Must have a permanent Ohio nursing license or a compact state license in hand.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification required.
