Job Description
This position involves working in a fast-paced Medical-Surgical Telemetry unit. You will optimize post-surgical patient care according to surgeon preferences in a collaborative team atmosphere. Established order sets and protocols are already in place to guide your practice.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients on a Medical-Surgical Telemetry unit.
- Implement and optimize patient care plans based on individual diagnoses.
- Monitor patient telemetry data and respond to critical changes in patient conditions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
Required Experience
- Active RN licensure in Indiana.
- ACLS and BLS certifications.
- A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a relevant setting.
Certifications/Licensure
- Registered Nurse (RN) - Indiana License.
- Current ACLS certification.
- Current BLS certification.
