Job Description
This position is on a 56-bed Med Surg Telemetry unit. The Registered Nurse will provide care to general med/surg telemetry patients, working collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. Documentation will be managed through the EMR system, Epic.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in a med/surg telemetry setting.
- Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes in condition.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
Required Experience
- 2 years of Med Surg Tele inpatient experience.
- Active Maine RN license.
- BLS certification.
Certifications/Licensure
- Current BLS certification.
- ACLS certification preferred.
