ARMStaffing is looking for a Registered Nurse, Medical-Surgical/Telemetry (Night Shift) in Easley, South Carolina.

This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule/Shift
Shifts are 3x12 hours, covering night shifts from 19:00 to 07:30. Weekend coverage is required every other weekend but may vary based on the needs of the unit.
Job Description
The Registered Nurse will provide high-quality patient care in a Medical-Surgical/Telemetry unit, delivering effective nursing practices. The role involves utilizing the EPIC documentation system and may require floating to other units or facilities based on patient census needs. Candidates should be comfortable administering medications using the Omnicell system.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
- Document patient care using the EPIC system.
- Assist with procedures and patient education.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain a safe environment.
- Provide support and care for patients experiencing a range of medical diagnoses.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 1-year experience in a Medical-Surgical or Telemetry unit.
- Charge nurse experience is preferred.
Certifications/Licensure
- Current South Carolina RN license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification.
