3x12 hour shifts from 1900 to 0730.
Job Description
The Registered Nurse will float to various units within the facility, including telemetry and medical-surgical units. The patient population includes individuals admitted from the Emergency Room, as well as those requiring telemetry care. As part of a flexible team, the nurse will aid in meeting the institution's needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population.
- Float between various units as required, managing patient care effectively.
- Utilize Epic for documentation and patient record management.
- Perform core charge nurse duties on smaller units as needed.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in a clinical setting in the United States.
- Charge nurse experience is required.
- Experience in telemetry and medical-surgical nursing preferred.
Certifications/Licensure
- Current RN license in the state of Washington (Compact license acceptable).
- ACLS and BLS certifications are required.
- NIHSS certification preferred.
