Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse for an LTAC MS/Tele position. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC), Medical-Surgical (MS), and Progressive Care Unit (PCU) settings. Strong skills in medication management and patient care are essential. Familiarity with the Omnicell medication system is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care for patients in the LTAC unit.
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
- Monitor patient vitals and communicate any changes in patient conditions.
- Utilize the EPIC electronic medical record system for charting and documentation.
- Float to different units as necessary based on staffing needs.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in LTAC, MS, or PCU settings.
- Experience using EPIC electronic medical record system required.
Certifications / Licensure
- Active South Carolina Registered Nurse license.
- ACLS certification required.
- BLS certification required.
- NIHSS certification required.
