Schedule/Shift

NIGHTS - 12HR: 7P-7A / 7A-7P rotation with 36 and 48 hours available per week. Must work 1 weekend shift per week or 2 weekend shifts every other weekend.

Job Description

Join our dedicated nursing team in the Med/Surg/Tele unit where you will provide high-quality care to patients in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals while ensuring top-notch patient care and comfort.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care in a Med/Surg/Tele environment.
• Monitor and document patients' vital signs and conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Attend to patients' needs, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Flexibility to float to other units as needed.
• Work in a charge capacity as required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 1 year of recent experience in acute Med/Surg/Tele.
• 2 years of U.S. work experience required for non-U.S. candidates.
• Active NY RN license.
• AHA BLS certification.
