Schedule/Shift

4x12-Hour Day Shift (07:00 - 19:00). Weekends required as per facility needs.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse will provide care in a Medical-Surgical unit, focusing on various patient diagnoses and ensuring high-quality patient care. Familiarity with the Epic charting system is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Medical-Surgical unit.
• Utilize Epic charting system for documentation and patient management.
• Monitor and manage patient conditions, including administering medications and treatments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in rapid response and code teams as necessary.
• Implement isolation precautions and utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required.
• Must possess travel experience.
• Previous charge experience preferred.

Certifications/Licensure

• Active Compact RN license required at the time of submission.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
