Schedule/Shift
Work 4-10 hour shifts a week, starting at 7:30 AM each day. No call and no weekends.
Job Description
The Registered Nurse in this role will provide patient-centered care in a dynamic oncology clinic setting. The emphasis is on supporting patients through their treatment journey rather than administering infusions.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to oncology patients.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.
- Monitor patient symptoms and responses to treatment.
- Educate patients and families about treatment plans and care options.
- Utilize the appropriate documentation systems to maintain accurate patient records.
Required Experience
- Minimum of two years of oncology nursing experience.
Certifications/Licensure
- Current Colorado RN license or compact license in good standing.
- BLS (AHA Provider) certification.
- Oncology Nursing Society Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider Card.
- Proof of flu vaccine required (no exemptions).
