Job Description

This role involves providing comprehensive care for patients in a Med Surg - Telemetry unit, requiring close monitoring of vital signs and developing care plans based on patients' needs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient condition and vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient progress and care provided in medical records.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions and treatment plans.

Required Experience

A minimum of 4 years of current telemetry experience is required.

Certifications/Licensure

• Current New Jersey RN License required.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
