Job Description

The Registered Nurse will provide care to medical-surgical patients in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality service and attention to patient needs. This role requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective care and positive patient outcomes. The nurse will be responsible for patient assessments, administering medications, coordinating care plans, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and monitoring.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care.
• Ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

Required Experience

• Current RN licensure in the state of Tennessee.
• Previous experience in a Medical-Surgical unit preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.

Certifications/Licensure

• Tennessee RN license required.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification preferred.
