Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with MedSurg experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent patient care in a fast-paced medical-surgical environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in the medical-surgical unit.
• Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the supervising staff.
• Administer medications and maintain accurate patient records.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal care delivery.
• Participate in patient education and discharge planning.

Required Experience

Minimum of 2 years of MedSurg nursing experience is required.

Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license in Tennessee.
• BLS certification required.
