Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Acute Care/Med-Surg Adult unit is responsible for providing the highest degree of quality nursing care to patients. The nurse will use their specialized knowledge and expertise related to critical disease states to plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate patient care, utilizing the nursing process.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Acute Care/Med-Surg unit.
• Utilize specialized knowledge to assess and manage critical disease states.
• Plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate patient care effectively.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of Acute Care/Med-Surge/Telemetry or similar RN experience.

Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN License to work in Colorado.
• Current BLS issued by the American Heart Association.
• Current Flu Vaccine - no exemptions.
