Registered Nurse - Night Shift

Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team on the 12 Tower unit. Our focus is on delivering exceptional patient care for a diverse patient population, with an emphasis on communication and responsiveness.
Responsibilities
- Perform basic patient assessments and general patient care.
- Manage wounds, tracheostomy, ostomy, drains, and chest tubes.
- Monitor and care for patients experiencing strokes and seizures.
- Administer medications, including PCA pumps and Heparin drips.
- Assist with post-operative procedures including amputations, oral surgeries, and wound vacs.
- Conduct safety checks and bedside shift reports.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Current BLS and NIHSS certifications.
- Strong ability to collaborate and work within a team environment.
- Previous experience in a similar unit is preferred.
