Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient health status and report changes to the healthcare team.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
- Provide patient education and emotional support.
- Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.
Required Experience
Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience required.
Certifications / Licensure
Active RN license in the state is required. BLS certification is also required.
