Registered Nurse - Maternal Fetal Medicine

This is a night shift position from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM.

Job Description

Join our Antepartum High Risk Pregnancy Unit at a leading healthcare facility. We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with a strong background in labor and delivery, particularly in high-risk obstetrics. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for high-risk pregnant patients.
• Monitor fetal health using advanced electronic fetal monitoring systems.
• Assist in various procedures including vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections, D&C, cerclage, and C-hyst.
• Ensure immediate newborn care and support during labor and delivery.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Cerner EMR.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 2+ years of L&D experience is mandatory.
• Experience with high-risk pregnancies is required.
• Current NRP and BLS/ALS certifications are required.
• Advanced fetal monitoring certification is required.
