This position is for Day Shift, from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Travelers are expected to work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital employees.
Job Description
The Radiology unit at HCA Florida Bayonet Point Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team. The facility is a comprehensive stroke center and Level II trauma center, providing a challenging and enriching work environment. Nursing responsibilities include procedures in the biplane suite as well as ancillary procedures in the Imaging department, allowing for significant learning and professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Perform neuro-interventions, angiograms, embolizations, and other interventional radiology procedures.
- Monitor patients throughout procedures to ensure safety and comfort.
- Document patient information and maintain accurate records through the Meditech EMR system.
- Collaborate with the interventional radiology team to provide high-quality patient care.
Required Experience
- Must have critical care experience and interventional radiology experience.
- Experience in neuro interventional radiology or trauma interventional radiology is preferred.
Certifications/Licensure
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license is required.
