Job Description
The Registered Nurse will provide high-quality patient care in a clinical setting, implementing nursing care plans and collaborating with the healthcare team.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess patient health status and needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Educate patients and their families on disease management and health promotion.
- Document patient care accurately and timely in electronic health records.
Required Experience
A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting is required.
Certifications / Licensure
Current RN license in the state is required. BLS certification is mandatory.
