ARMStaffing is looking for a Registered Nurse, ICU and IMU (Night Shift) in Wilson, North Carolina.

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule/Shift

Night shift, 19:00-07:00. Weekly guaranteed hours: 36 hours, with weekend requirements of 12 hours every other or every third weekend.

Job Description

The position is within the ICU and IMU at Wilson Medical Center, which has a total of 16 beds. The patient population includes adults with conditions such as COPD, ARF, DKA, Sepsis, and Shock. The role involves advanced patient monitoring and care using equipment including cardiac monitors and IV pumps, and documentation will be managed through Meditech EMR.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU and IMU settings.
• Perform EKG interpretation and manage critical drips including vasopressors and sedatives.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure effective patient care and outcomes.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.

Required Experience

Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in an ICU setting is required.

Certifications/Licensure

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
