Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for our Critical Care Unit. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced ICU environment and will provide exceptional care to patients of all ages. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, planning and implementing care, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care in accordance with established standards.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding to changes appropriately.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and modify care plans.
• Educate patients and families about health management and care options.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee.
• ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Minimum of 3 years of critical care experience, including at least 2 travel assignments.
• Experience with Meditech EHR system.
