Schedule/Shift

Hours: 7.5 hrs/day, 37.5 hrs/week; Days per week: 5; Shift: 8a-4p; Every other weekend with comp days during the week.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing patient care in a variety of settings. This position includes managing patient visits and admissions, with an expected caseload of 4-5 visits per day. The role requires flexibility to float to different counties according to need.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient visits and assessments.
• Manage admissions in addition to daily visits.
• Deliver patient education and support.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.

Required Experience

• Valid Registered Nurse licensure in the state of New Jersey.
• Experience in home health or similar environments preferred.

Certifications/Licensure

• Current NJ RN License.
