ARMStaffing is looking for a Registered Nurse, Home Health (Day Shift) in Atlanta, Georgia.

Schedule/Shift

This position requires a 5-day work week, with 8-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Job Description

This role involves providing comprehensive home health care to patients in the Atlanta area, including Sandy Springs and Dunwoody. RNs will be responsible for a variety of patient care activities, documentation, and coordination of services, ensuring that all care meets agency standards. The coverage area extends up to a 60-mile radius from the facility.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Start of Care, Resumption of Care, Recerts, and Discharge visits according to agency protocols.
• Complete routine visits and ensure all documentation is accurate and timely.
• Meet the required minimum point threshold with clear understanding of the point system: Start of Cares 2.5 points, Resumption of Cares 2 points, Recerts 1.75 points, Discharges 1.5 points, and routine visits 0.9 points.
• Assist in other territories within the facility's service area as needed.

Required Experience

• Recent home health experience in 2024-2025.
• Experience with HomeCare HomeBase is required, with no exceptions.

Certifications/Licensure

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
