Job Description
Join a dedicated team at a critical access hospital in Northern New Mexico. The Emergency Department offers a supportive environment for clinical staff to provide essential care to a diverse patient population, including all age groups. The facility utilizes MedHost as its documentation system and operates with a team nursing approach.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver effective patient treatment.
- Document patient care accurately and timely using the MedHost EHR system.
- Monitor patient conditions and facilitate appropriate interventions.
Required Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Emergency Department setting is required.
Certifications/Licensure
- Current RN License in New Mexico (or eligibility to obtain).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification.
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification.
