Job Description

Join our dynamic team at Valley View Medical Center's Emergency Department. This state-of-the-art facility features 16 beds and provides comprehensive emergency care to a diverse patient population, including adults, pediatrics, and geriatric patients. As an Emergency Nurse, you will engage in a fast-paced environment caring for emergent and urgent cases, utilizing advanced equipment, including cardiac monitors and bladder scans.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in a timely manner.
• Monitor and manage critical and trauma patients, including vent management and cardiac drip administration.
• Assist with port access, IV insertion, and phlebotomy.
• Administer moderate sedation as needed.
• Deliver compassionate care to behavioral health patients.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in emergency care.

Certifications/Licensure

• ACLS and PALS certification required.
