Mid 3x12-Hour shifts (15:00 - 03:00) with every other weekend required.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) with at least 1 year of experience to provide high-quality care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have competencies in phlebotomy and IV placement, as these skills are essential for this position.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients with multisystem organ dysfunction/failure.
• Administer emergency medications and blood products.
• Provide care for patients of various age groups, including neonates, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics.
• Participate in the management of dysrhythmias and perform procedural sedation.
• Float to different units as needed based on patient census.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an Emergency Department.
• Experience with patient ratios of 5-6 preferred.

Certifications / Licensure

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
• NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale)
• Must hold a valid NY RN license in hand to submit.
