Job Description

Join our team in the Emergency Department, providing exemplary care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. We are looking for dedicated Registered Nurses with a strong background in emergency care to support our mission of delivering timely, compassionate, and efficient medical services to patients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and maintain accurate documentation.
• Administer medications and provide wound care and splinting as needed.
• Perform IV insertions, urine collections, and lab draws.
• Deliver care for patients categorized as ESI 4 & 5 and potentially ESI 6.
• Participate in mandatory shift huddles to ensure team communication.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must hold a valid RN license.
• Mandatory certifications include BLS, ACLS, TNCC, ENPC or PALS.
• Prior emergency department experience of over two years is preferred.
• Compassion, urgency, and teamwork are essential attributes for this role.
• Candidates with CEN or TCRN certifications will be prioritized.
